It is hard to say, but in my mind UW is fit for people with more working experience; Of course due to the reason of west coast, you may find pretty good job offer when you graduate.

I got a friend of friend, she graduated from UW and got the offer of Autodesk in California.

各有千秋，UW located in west coast seattle, so pretty close with Asia pacific area, maybe a good place with guys who wanna come back Asia of high-tech something.

Anyone got news about the Merit-based Scholarship?

I was told that they "plan to sent out notifications this week or so", but haven't heard anything until now.

Exactly the same as the information, so we just need wait then.

They are really slow... I got admission email on Mar. 3, and they told me the scholarship info comes 1 week after the admission decision. Now it's been 3 weeks...
