not sure correct or not.

首先there is 出现，排除c

之后，可以地排除bd，省略了of导致歧义

最后e选项尾部的两个of也引起歧义

所以选A

PS：这道题目还是有点怪，用平衡原则解题的同学可能会出错。

你说的这种 theory that ... and that 结构, 第二个that 从来不会省略, 而且第二个that 非常关键,常常是解题点.

但是这里不是你说的那个结构,而是 介词并列的并列.

这里如果去掉of 就是结构

这里的平行是有歧义的,大家不知道这里的many of 是和center 平行的还是和the MW 平行的. 所以有介词的时候, 尤其是有 A OF B  AND C 结构时,一定要补出介词,否则有歧义 .OG 里有类似题目,大家可以参考

不懂a选项and 后面的of
