USC的scholarship问题?

校方来的时间因故不能参加面试,考虑用phone interview,不知是否有USC前辈phone interview而拿到scholarship的吗?谢谢大家的解答.

why do you think the difference in the ways of interview will affect the scholarship award? Guess there should not impact at all.
