我觉得如果看是provide ....to do ...那么 classify的逻辑主语有问题

如果把to classify看成是修饰support,那么for 比to 好

当support作动词讲时，是vt，不能加to，也就是说没有support to的用法

当support作名词讲时，可以support to或者support for，但后要接sb or sth

这样答案只有在C、D中选，而如果选C，则需要在and 后加of，所以选D
