对30题有同样的疑问。因为主语是专有名词，很难讲根据programs来确定是否是复数形式。而且关键问题是，题目自己给加了一个同位语，a complex，我觉得出题目必须讲依据吧，给个专有名词然后一个同位语，比较合理的解释应该是从同位语看单复数吧，这样的例子OG上挺多阿。这题答案不会有问题吧？
