选学校中！！！！城市地理位置重要还是学校本身重要？？

大家怎么都支持dallas阿，呵呵。我多关注一下。

有人支持波特兰马？

是去开荒的啊...(玩笑)

如果学校好肯定是学费高啊,你先问问学校就业率怎么样.还有就是不要以为大学给你一堆有名公司就说明你可以去实习了啊.这个实习还是要你自己去找的啊,人家要不要你还是问题啊.

波特兰就是有个Intel，城市其实还不错，比较漂亮，靠近西雅图。

另外，Dallas周围确实都是沙漠，但是城市不是，机场不怎么样，哈哈。德州显然还是休斯敦最好，比较现代化的城市。就是到了德州以后，哪里都不靠，去哪里估计都得飞机，开车在周内都累得半死。

我的这些建议对MBA来说也没什么帮助，就是给你点印象罢了。

不过说实话，南卡没什么好，离北卡其实不近，当然看你在哪里了。

其他人没怎么说加州的那几个学校，都是些加州州立的学校，说难听点，一排烂校，你出来怎么给UC系统的那几个学校比啊？各个都有MBA，一个UCI就把它们都压死了，去了也浪费钱。

波特兰的学费一年是29，275，比起那些来真不便宜，南卡学费两年52，000。Dallas是一年半的，学费29,644。

12楼gg说得有道理，不过南卡brochure上是说想进哪个公司都没问题的。但这件事有待证实。

其实加州州立几个学校虽然都在我喜欢的城市，但学校本身已经早在我心里pass掉了。至于波特兰，我觉得这个学校虽然不出名，但是很人性化，整个申请过程让我感到很温馨，呵呵。所以我也有考虑波特兰先上一年，把南卡或达拉斯推一年的想法，就没人觉得这个谬论可行吗？

There is no business in Portland, or Miami. 

The business centers are NYC, Boston, Chicago, SF, and Dallas/Huston.  Atlanta is OK but the South is generally poor.  LA, San Diego, Seattle, Philly, DC and Baltimore have few big business either.  It doesn't mean those places are not good.  The job opportunity there would be very narrow.  

If you can find a good job in Denver, Tampa, FL or Burlington, VT, that's good.  Those are all fine places to live.  But, generally, most well-paid jobs are in the largest cities.

as long as the recruiters will visit your campus, you don't really have to worry too much cause it is only 2 years...

If you have to go to MBA this year, definitely choose Moore.

without any W/E, and a so called MBA degree from a 1-1.5 year completely unknown program will help you go nowhere after graduation.  The chance of getting a Visa will also be smaller.

Columbia is sure not a big city, but certainly not countryside neither.  It's only 60-70 minutes from Charlotte, the 2nd largest banking/financial center in the US after NYC.  The living is also much lower.  Haier has its base in SC.

Considering your interest in IMBA, it's a no brainer among the choices you have.  Or you can work a couple of years in China and apply to top programs.
