我觉的subject of "connect"应该是each,过去分词一般都是就近修饰。

同时each应该作为独立主格，对engineered stuctures起到解释作用。

我觉得C,D,E不对是因为each指room,改变了原意，可是除此之外，of和with是都可以的吗？

而A不对是因为用were的话connect和built的就平行了，这样subject就是The Anasazi settlements，可是我觉得从逻辑上主语是settlements好像也没什么问题。是不是即使要平行的话，就要加and所以A不对呢？

不过我始终觉得这个句子怪怪的，是不是省略了什么部分？把省略的补全应该是怎样呢？

A  不对：未划线部分已经是个完整的句子了，不能再补充were，而且each应该对应单数。
