请教楼主: HARVARD 和 YALE 的 LAW SCHOOL 是不是从来都不录取已经在国外获得过 LLB(法学学士) 学位的申请者攻读 JD 学位.

这两个学校的官站上好象都是鼓励那些已经获得LLB或者JD的申请者去念LLM.

这个问题我还真没什么发言权。好像历史上没有见过本科念法律的。我认识的唯一一个有国内法律学位的JD是BU的。

The bonus is your can get a recom letter from the professor.

应该不会有这样的规定。不过历史上确实很少有本科学法律的同学在Harvard和Yale读JD。而其他top14的学校里，本科在中国法学院读的JD就非常多了，尤其是那些可以由LLM转JD的学校。

My taking on this is the same as I suggested in the post:

If you have strong credentials in your background, LSAT or GPA, I don't think cross-registration is necessary.

If you don't have those credentials, try this only if you are very confident that you'll impress the professor and get a grade no lower than A- ---basically you are trying to demonstrate you can be a successful law student without these credentials. But imagine if you get a C---it can do you a lot of harm.

I agree. The power to impress.

Maybe better to choose some easy courses to get an A, and win a reference.

More strategies are welcome.

Bottom Line: For anyone, native or alien, a steller LSAT score is the key.

本科GPA的要求， 我想楼主要多说明。 因为这里有很多3。0以下的朋友在。

你说不重要是因为你没拿4。0也进去了， 但是不代表2。7或者2。8也可以跟你一样。

很多东西都是相对的。
