为什么是a?

我觉得A有点象同位语，里面第二个TO是重复第一个TO，避免在和哪个同位上产生歧义。

B，C不平行，D意思改变了。

按照这个道理，E是不是说THAT产生跳跃修饰，离它最近的不是OWNERSHIP所以不对呢？
