不好意思，说错了，是information后面的that。
对整个句子结构很糊涂，有没有高手能分析一下，谢谢了。

发表一下我的看法，分析一下备选答案：

A，错误：require后面并列了to do和that clause；

B，错误：同A；

C，错误：that was（多余）earned by their employees with the information being（多于） published 『句子结构混乱』；

D，正确：earned by their employees（adj修饰前面的benefit） ,information that must also be published (information概括前面的内容whether they have the necessary reserves  to pay the pension benefits earned by their employees，语法结构：概括性同位语。这种例子比比皆是，是GMAT最喜欢用的结构之一)；

E，错误：earned by their employees and published the information （published时态错误）。

注：概括性同位语结构：用一个概括性的名词去概括前面的解释对象。
