If I were you, I would take the Full-price scholarship without hesitate, because I know leading a tougth life is really not easy, all kind of pressure come on you. Trust me, take the price, then graduate from there get a job, have fun!~~
BU is pretty good. Actually Bu and Maryland are about the same to me.
In BU, maybe you have the chance to take some courses in Harvard or MIT. I know that many colleges in the Boston area allow students to take courses from each other.

If I were you, I would go to BU. Two years are not a short period in life, so do not give yourself too much financial burden. Enjoying life is objective of MBA.
