我的11看完了,但是我发现大家讨论11的人不多,而我是全职,时间有限,只好找最便捷的资源,去回头看10了.

楼主，即使A和B中的rates of liability insurance算是正确的用法，我们也可以用其他的错误语法点来排除这两个选项的。A中的risen与题干中的soaring是重复罗嗦，而B中的are a force也存在主谓一致的问题。

关于你引用朗文的用法，关于对错偶不置可否，但不要忘记了ETS的preference，有些词典里认为正确的用法，在ETS看来可以不够正统，至少商业上使用不甚妥当？!
