I just came back from the MBA tour in Tokyo in Nov 07. And, here is some observation of mine. 1. I think attending this kind of activities is still useful. You indeed can ask many questions to the staff and alumnus even some of the questions are about how to write essays or how to present yourself. Most of the alumnus are very friendly and kind, who will give you a lot of opinions. Thus, don’t be hesitant to ask questions. 2. Though I don’t think this is helpful, some indeed bring their resumes and even ask about whether their GMAT score is enough. (Also, I don’t think GMAT score would bother most of CD’s XDJM.) 3. As for the dress code, I am glad that I wore in the business casual. It’s appropriate for the situation. 4. Last but not the least, the MBA tour was full of schools; people walked and talked. Thus, bring your own bottle of water. I found that the hall was quite large and it was very hard to go through people to buy water. Doing so will decrease the time you have to inquiry information.
