改一下楼主大概就能明白了if 引导的条件句如有were,had,should可以省去if 并用倒装，分号后句子头重脚轻所以也用了倒装．Ｅ中will是不会出现在if 从句中的，一般主句将来时从句现在时．

2、如你所说，时态不对。而且although的语气和even if是不同的。两者表达的意思有差别。even if是即使：意思是即使有人能承担，潜在的意思是，可能有一些人不能承担，而although没有这层潜在的意思。
