有人已经收到正式寄回来的成绩单了吗？

另外，我收到一封来自ETS的EMAIL，内容如下：

Dear Examinee,

As a result of a reporting issue, your examinee score report was released to the undergraduate division at your designated institution(s).We have rectified the issue and are sending a duplicate score report(s) to the graduate division(s).

We apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you.

居然会出这种错误，不知道成绩要延误多久才能寄到？有人发生过类似的情况吗？
