不构成平行结构。平行结构不光看语法，还要看句意。

另外还有一个问题，就是not buy a pair of skis and a boomerang as well可以吗？and在否定里是否可以用，是不是后面加上as well就可以了呢？

JOEY看得可真细呀, 我一看到AND ....AS WELL就把它给否了, 因为重复.

按道理来说AND 和NOT 不应该同时使用, 应该用 NOT ...OR.
但因为所有的选项都用了AND所以就不用考虑这个错误了.

C错，
                句子do not buy a pair of skis… 没有主语或者缺少连词

E错 will not buy a pair of…和but will leave 不构成平行对称。
