ETS把我的TOEFL成绩寄错地方了!

我是去年11月5日考的, 刚收到来信,

“As a result of reporting issue, your examinee score report was released to the undergraduate division at your designated institution(s). We have rectified the issue and are sending a duplicate report (s) to the graduate divisions. We apologize for the inconvenience this matter may have caused you.”

很不错拉,我知道我的成绩被送错了,但是居然没有收到这样的邮件,催死ETS他们都不帮我重寄,不知道是干嘛的，我现在就盼着收到你收到的ETS的EMAIL.

ETS is wholly crap! Shame on ETS! I emailed and called them many times and received no constructive feedback from them. They do not want to resend my TOEFL scores. They asked me to cotact their Chinese partner to resend the score while their Chinese partner said they did not have the authority to do so. Their Chinese partner told me that more than 1000 Chinese applicants' scores were sent to the wrong place.
