在网上搜到XDF的考题分析，里面就有这道题，解释如下：“解：答案应该选C。A选项有两个it，所指代并非同一事物。B选项不符合make的习惯用法，答案应该选C，这里的it不存在指代不清的问题，因为前面单数名词只有a course of action。D和E的being都是错误的表达方式，很不简洁。而且D是没有主语的，句子结构也不如C清楚。”
