reading strategy question? level = 3.5 passages
I am preparing for Feb exam now. Reading Comprehension is the weakest spot for me. Usually I will only get 16~19 correct of 26, and almost never able to finish all four passages. In many case is that I can fairly finish 3 of them in 30~31 min and only have 4 minutes left for the last one, which is barely enough to finish reading the whole passage and probably 'guess' only 1/3 or 1/2 of the questions of the last passage and then fill the rest with 'D'.
So, that is my current situation and I don't believe that I can improve(a lot) before Feb 10.
But still a better strategy may help to improve a couple points, would u please give me your kind suggestion for the following questions:
1) how to use most of the 4/5 minutes on a passage, which I usually need 10 minutes.
2) should/should not to pick the last passage for the 4 minutes?
3) if I should pick the last passage(instead of blindly do the 4th passage last), how to choose? I tried two ways, one is pick the hard topic(to me), usually literate; another one is pick the fewest question(mostlikely 5/6 questions). Or there may be a better way. BTW, to pick it, the process usually cost me 20~30 seconds.
Thank you so much. Any suggestion are appreciated.
