I am not experienced, but want to share my thoughts.

I would say yes and thank you.

If I get something else, I would tell the school honestly and see how the school response.

If it is nice, you can reconsider your choice because ranking is just one aspect of a hD programme.

If it is terrible, then nothing to be regret if you reject this offer.

Do not regard changing mind as cheating. School and professors can definitely understand changing mind.

I dont think you will need to sign anything. but you will receive an offer package with the offer letter and I-20 maybe.

I have seen a lot of examples of changing mind after 4.15.

Accept this offer this time, when u receive the NYU offer later, just tell them politely that you would like to go to NYU and that's it.

They are sending me offer letter to sign and saying that it is legally binding once I sign it......

Any idea? is it really binding??

楼主你最后GMAT考了多少? NYU还是不要等了吧,那个学校竞争太激烈了吧.如果最后真有其他更好offer来了,把事情跟其他学校一说,他们肯定会直接和GSU arugue要你的.
