大家申请的学校有没有要求TSE的？我考的是toefl ibt，我申请的学校有的没有要求TSE，有的要求TSE（奖学金申请的有要求）

无所谓的,如果要就跟他说,晚点给他成绩,或者说不方便考(尤其在北美), 跟他说晚点submit或去他们学校的test center 考一下, 或者就电话interview, ....., 总之,跟他拖

(本人观点, TSE useless, 就是浪费钱)

If you are in China, a good TSE score may help you get the financial aid.

If you are in the US, TSE is really nothing...

谢谢前辈指点，我收到学校的邮件，说'if admitted, you have to re-take the toefl ibt. the minimum score of speaking is 28’。简直是欺负我，他们学校的官方网上也只说要求26分。其实满分就30，考28芬对于我来说简直是不可能的。但是很奇怪，不是一般的大学只要收了，都有奖学金的吗？好像有点自相矛盾。

我在国内，好像已经没有tse考了。toefl ibt的speaking，很少有人可以考到26分或者以上的。我想知道各位正在报美国phd的，有人考到26分以上的吗？

一般都说录了之后再考个学校的考试就好了.你可以挨个学校去问的说呵呵

yes, mine was above 26 in the speaking section.  But I don't think it matters that much tho...

Some universities accept the test at their "test center", so you can take it after you get the admission. The only thing might be that your financial aid can be conditional--- you have it after you pass the test or you have qualified TSE.
