Josh-han, you are right. The undergraduate program is much more famous than the business school in ND.
Shuzhen, I sent several letters to confirm my application fee waiver this year one month ago. However, no message from them since then. So let's wait and see when they could have time to answer us. Hehe, I got a reply from Rochester one month later after my sending a letter to it. What's work style in so-called BS.
most schools in USA suffer reduced pool of applicants. I am not sure if you have read the BW report. Last year, many B-school (i.e. UW san louis) have to admit first round rejected applicants to fill the roster. So no surprise that this year, they are coming out aggressively. That is the advantage of being an applicant in US, enjoy it.

that is the disadvantage of being an applicant in mainland China, woo.. cry... sigh...
Shuzhen, if you really want to come to US, then do not feel bad about your treatment. Take every opportunity given to you. Right? ND's dean is a Chinese. If you apply, I am sure you have good chance.
Don't feel bad, Shuzhen, it's just some ad. I got it last year from UNC as well, making me feel extremely excited at that time because it was just after i submitted my application. But i got a big ding from it 4 weeks later!!!
