大全的答案是A,我错选了D.

我觉得选D是因为被允许到垃圾这个动作一致持续到现在,应该用一般现在时, 如果按照答案A,被允许到垃圾这个动作发生在 1972年之前, 感觉意思不对.

请教大家对这题的看法

郁闷，我是做OG碰到这题的，答案选D，我选了A，为什么不选A？？觉得用现在时很别扭诶～

谢谢楼上提醒,查了一下0G11第62题,答案给的是D,又查了一下白勇语法,答案给的是A,这一下,彻底晕了.望牛牛们给一个说法吧.

答案应该是D，法律、法规、政府决定都是用一般现在时。

A不对，后半句的动作是在前半句之后，所以是不可能用过去完成时的。建议斑竹们把987里这题的答案改成D。
