I do expect to get the full scholarship and hope it can cover part of the living expenses. I am not able to finance the living expenses on my own.

I guess I will just apply to the two-year full time MBA program.

Does BU offer any loans that do not require a US-cosigner?

As i know, any loans BU offers to the international students require a us cosigner. I recommend you to try vanderbilt. It is a pretigious school in state. And it is generous to give full scholarship to cover both tuition and living expense. But, one of its shortfalls is its location.

I did not hear anyone in BU who got scholarship to cover both T & LE. But some one did in vanderbilt. I know one girl who apply for vanderbilt with the concentration on healthcare in the first ground got full scholarship.

The Health care MBA in Vanderbilt seems to be US centric, designed for people who want to work in the US healthcare system.
