刚在网上搜索了一下，其实there be句型后不能接抽象名词是新东方老师总结出来的规律，但是并不是绝对的

而这道题，A的错误，我认为是there be没有E简洁

我看的是and前后连接的句子结构的平行对称，即anthracite coalfields opened in easternPennsylvania和substantial supplies of coal were exported对称，这里面D的being多余的，所以我没看意思，排除下来就是E

除了前面所说的  我觉得D改变了原句的重心~ 运coal是重点 用with来连接就改变重心了~
