我选了B，新东方的石林说之所以选E，是因为 that incurred by 和前文的resistance created by对称。可我觉得这个说法不正确，在比较的明明是不同情况下fuel penalty的多少而不是resistance的大小。请问哪位NN能为我解释一下B为什么错，E为什么对吗？非常感谢！

Wind resistance created by A ... at least as great as that (=wind resistance) (created) by B.

B. is wrong:

  as great AS / greater than.  the 2nd "AS" is missing in choice B. "as great ...than" is Wrong.
