All applicants are required to submit official records from each academic institution attended after secondary/high school. Official records are defined as original documents issued by the institution which bear the actual signature of the Registrar -- not a photocopy -- and the seal of the issuing institution. Do not send the original of an academic record which cannot be replaced; obtain a properly certified copy instead. If you have attended more than one institution, separate official records should be submitted by each institution. No student can be admitted to UCLA Anderson without complete official academic records. Candidates may submit their unofficial records in the template available in our application, but this can only be used for the initial screening by our admissions committee. Actual admission cannot proceed until all of the following have been received: Transcripts in the language of instruction at the school Certified translation into English of the transcripts Degree certificates or diplomas as described below, in the school's language of instruction Certified translation into English of the degree certificates
