各位大大,我对这题的E选项有些小小的疑问,纵然该选项无疑是5者中的最佳
It is as difficult to prevent crimes against property as those that are against a person
起首的“It”替代的是prevent crimes against property ; as之后的”it”则替代 prevent those against a person
岂不犯了ETS 在OG 中提及的 ambiguity 的毛病?

E becomes more and more wrong.
1, 'it is AS difficult to prevent ... AS it is  difficult to prevent ...' is not parallel at all. if it were, 'it is' should be at least omitted.
2, to make it more parallel, it has better be changed to 'it is difficult to prevent ... AS it is difficult  to prevent ...'

B肯定不对，比较的是PREVENT TO DO，没有PREVENT的选项都错。我倒觉得E里的IT IS可以省略。
