[求助]在GMAT之前线上申请能被注意吗?

二月一号才考G,这之前如果把东西寄过去,人家会考虑第2轮吗?

等G出来就到第三轮了,那时还有希望拿scholarship?

还是干脆等明年呢?

why not try? If you really want sth. and it's not seems to be optimistic while the cost is affordable, why not try?
