In that is a conjunction that means inasmuch as; because in that has largely gone out of use, it is considered stilted and overly formal. It also uses two words when one would do. OG在这里认为in that已经过时了，过于正式而显得做作，并且可以用一个单词的地方in that用了两个单词来表达，就是罗嗦。反正OG这么说，我们也只好这么记下了。
