BTW, how do you know there is no seat left for your city and nearby cities? the website is down and even the service representative cannot work because of the problem of server.

I think you should continue trying. I guess you misunderstood the server problem. I think it is impossible that seats from Jan to Mar have been all occupied. Just keep an eye on it and call the service representative.

I have reschedule to Jan 13. There are still seats available. Maybe in my city there are not so many taking the test. Anyway, I just want to tell some guys that you can register by phone. But it is still unavailable online.

I just called and registered successfully on January 26th. But I still can not log in ETS website. There are still some seats available and the agent told me ETS will give more dates and locations since there are so many people taking test.
