not at all. u work in one company for 5-6 years and, then realized that you need to switch to another are that you are more interested. this is a very good reason for you to apply for mba. i don't think it's logical to say that you are doing sth you don't like only because of pay - this is a message to show that you don't have a clear career plan (i really doubt the high pay you mentioned. if you don't earn cny40k per month, then you don't need to mention that your pay is high). i guess my pay+bonus+allowance before business school might be higher than yours but i never mentioned it.
