求教：HBS Essay

动手晚了，看到大家有的已拿到offer，真惭愧。请教各位XDJM，HBS essay的几个问题：

第一篇：What would you like the MBA Admissions Board to know about your undergraduate academic experience? (400-word limit)

  这篇让写academic experiene,我的理解是只写跟学习有关的，其他的比如社会实践啦，就不用写了，是吗？admit不会认为我是书呆子吧？

第4篇：  In your career, you will have to deal with many ethical issues. What are likely to be the most challenging and what is your plan for developing the competencies you will need to handle these issues effectively? (400-word limit)

这篇写将来的ethical issues，是写一个还是列数个呢，如何着手才好？

第6篇：What other information do you believe would be helpful to the Board in understanding you better and in considering your application? (400-word limit)

这篇没标optional,看来也是必写的，大家都是什么思路。我如果强调一下我的personality 很好，人缘好，沟通能力强，够吗？
