#87 为什么不会有together修饰constituencies的嫌疑？我觉得是因为语义不会有歧义。
on the...duplicated facilities alone--> alone 可以修饰on the basis...也可以修饰 facilities
bind constituencies together 只能修饰bind不能修饰constituencies, 因为语义上没法搭配啊~
