Right, forgot to share my background. Undergrad GPA: 2.9 (Top school in China). GMAT: 730 (Q: 51, AWA: 6.0)master in USA. 4 years in a top pharma company. Lots of extracurricular activities (including entrepreneurial experiences). So, do not be intimidated if you do not have a good GPA. Just focus on your other advantages and demonstrate them to the adcom.

Submitted right on the deadline date. My status was changed after about 10 days. Be confident in yourself. Do not give up!
