Bwhile capitalizing on the traditionally rich relationships of such schools and African nations 分析该选项
Cthrough capitalizing on such schools' and African nations' traditionally rich relationships 分析该选项
Dwhich capitalize on the traditionally rich relationships of such schools and African nations 分析该选项
Ein capitalizing on such schools' and African nations' traditionally rich relationship 分析该选项
首先可以排除B D 选项，B while从句里面没有谓语，run-on D which指代不明，因为前面的states和colleges都是复数
C E 选项 schools' and African nations' traditionally rich relationships 有歧义，因为不知道是学校的和非洲民族这两个rich relationships还是学校和非洲的relationships，而A选项表达就很明确，是学校和非洲的relationships
