Pranjal (Dec 7, 2004 10:16:43 AM) Christina, is it true that the number of seats reserved for the third round are less then the other rounds? If yes, by how much? ChristinaVincensiniINSEAD (Dec 7, 2004 10:18:27 AM) Pranjal: Yes, the third round can have less seats. leilamuratinsead (Dec 7, 2004 10:23:53 AM) Tanis, there are 300 seats in Fontainebleau and 150 in Singapore for each intake. well I tried to find an answer for your from INSEAD online Q&A session hosted by INSEAD ADCOM. My impression is that there are sure fewer seats available for the 3rd round, but it is not the decisive factor for your application. If you file a strong application package, your will stand a good chance. In another word, a relatively weak application will not stand you out even if you apply for the 1st round which supposedly has more seats. And if you are very strong candidate but fail to get a slot because of the limited admission, Insead will be more likely suggest you re-apply which, in my opinion, more or less equals to a deferred admission. The purpose I posted this thread is to motivate people who are planning to apply for INsead and I am glad to see that so many INSEADer-to-be here.
