会不会要改成the rising of the costs呢？

因为另外一个是the rising of the moon。

so, the rising in costs ,or the costs rising  may be ok.

重新看了一下这道题，我觉得好像the rising cost是用来和a growing opportunity对称的。

不过我还是不明白为什么说the rising of costs unidiomatic。

我觉得不用去死扣一些很细小的语法点，有很多说法是不符合习惯的，也是没有道理的，习惯上不这么说就不这么说了，中文里也有许多习惯上的表述方式。

同样的OG53, the slowing of the growth.

the rising of the costs，意为：（特定）成本的（特定）上升。前面有the,后面必须有the，这样才能一致表达。

可是大家有没有注意到另一个细节：the rising of costs和the rising cost中的cost的单复数是不一样的呀。这中间会不会有什么说法？

我晕 has就说明只能用单数阿 排除所有复数答案之后 可能的不就只有c了
