当Of 结构名词时，是不是应该看 中心名词。 比如：

196. It is possible that Native Americans originally have migrated to the Western Hemisphere over a bridge of land that once existed between Siberia and Alaska.
(A) have migrated to the Western Hemisphere over a bridge of land that once existed
(B) were migrating to the Western Hemisphere over a bridge of land that existed once

Answer is D. D 中 over a bridge of land, bridge 是 中心名词。

又比如： one of states 中心词是 one.
如果是这样，紧跟的定语从句谓语应该是单数啰？ 象这道题：
194. Presenters at the seminar, one who is blind, will
demonstrate adaptive equipment that allows visually impaired people to use computers.
(A) one who
(B) one of them who
(C) and one of them who
(D) one of whom
(E) one of which

Answer is D.
但我记得 象 one of states that… 定语从句谓语应该是复数才对呀。

又 How about “the only one of”
225. Minnesota is the only one of the contiguous forty-eight states that still has a sizable wolf population. And where this predator remains the archenemy of cattle and sheep.
(A) that still has a sizable wolf population, and where

我的问题是：假如这里是要用 that still… 定语从句， 是that still has 还是 that still have?

one of states that… 定语从句谓语的确应该是复数，因为THAT修饰的是STATES。
但如果是
the only one of states that… 定语从句谓语应该是单数，因为THAT修饰的是ONE。

BTW，在
A of B that
的结构中THAT可以修饰B，也可以修饰A，要根据意思来定，但我的感觉是后一种情况要更多一些。

“假如这里是要用 that still… 定语从句， 是that still has 还是 that still have”
当然是HAS。

“one of whom is blind” ，  这里的 one of whom 中心词一定是 one 啰？
