From the information I have on hands, Toefl score might not play an import role in the MBA application. It sometimes serve as a prerequisite for I-20. However, it also depends on your other background(your G-score, essay, background and etc.). From my point of view, if you facus on 20-50 b-schools, this score is no problem.
Toefl is not the most important factor. However, if you don't have shining background or excellent essays, it might hurt you as well. Just think about the number of Chinese applicants with similar background. The schools need some way to differentiate people.
So if you have very strong background, that's fine. Or if you have very good essays, that's fine too.
I think your TOEFL is ok but could not add valued to your application. You should keep in mind that your potential competitors are our Chinese and most Chinese who aim at top 20 usually have high GMAT and TOEFL scores. If another applicant who has the similar experience with yours but has a higher TOEFL, you will be in disadvantage.
