either of +名词复数 + 动词单数  因为此处的either为代词，由A OF B结构可知，either才是中心词。

either + 名词复数 + 动词复数  因为此处的either为形容词，来修饰 名词复数 所以名词复数 才是中心词。

either or 就是就近修饰。

存疑，either做形容词时后面可以接复数名词么？
He could write with either hand.
On either side of the river there are a lot of trees.
那么就不存在 "either作形容词 + 名词复数 + 动词复数" 的情况了吧。

当either作形容词时
either + 名词单数 + 动词单数，这种情况比较常见
either + 名词复数 这种搭配的可行性有待商讨，因此不存在动词的考虑
