我本来也是选e，后来看了大侠的解释后，知道应该要用完成式；不过这里的a、b选项，会不会有修饰语误置的问题，也就是even though所带的句子好像变成修饰stringent rationing and planned的味道。请指教！
还有，Even though 和 Although 的用法有什么不同 ？

A的时态不对！既不符合该从句中现在完成时的时间标志词“during two decades”，也不跟主句中“have allowed”的时态一致！

这题做时很快选到E,因为主句主语是ration ang distribution, 从句its food supply好象会产生很明显的illogical referent, 还是因为主句主语是复数,所以可以消除模糊指代?

E的错误在于时态。B的its 是不是因为主句的主语和谓语的关系明确，且句末有“for its population”，这样就可以在从句中用its 指代PRC’s ?

请教一下NN，B中的its应该指代谁呢？从逻辑上看应该是PRC。但是可以这样指代吗？不是说从句中的代词是优先指代主句主语的吗？这里的PRC是作了allow的宾语啊！！
