Dear CEIBS friends or Future CEIBS applicants:

On behalf of CEIBS BGRC Commitee, we are looking for 1-2 intern(s) for our forthcoming BGRC forum.

BGRC(Being Globally Responsible Conference) is the first ever student led conference on global responsibilities in Asia Pacific Region. The objective of BGRC is to increase awareness and bring forward the development of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Asia Pacific region as a whole.Sponsored by Degussa China, CEIBS BGRC is taking the invitative to organize the 3-day event from May 11 to 13. Too better smooth our event management, we are recruiting for 1 or 2 intern to assist our programe. We are bascially looking for candidates who are:

• Willing to learn CSR or sustainable development;
• Interested to network with CEIBS students;
• Fulltime committed for one months(from early Apr to May 13, lodging will hopefully be provided by CEIBS on campus)

By participating in BGRC as an intern, you will be able to:

• get to know more CEIBS students as well as enjoy life in our school.
• Network with international delegates and experts
• Learn from Professionals

You will also join our 3 day event.Our agenda covers: Lectures and Workshop, Simulation, Video,Buffet,one-day site tour, free talk etc.

第二年再上两个term就又要重回职场了．其中exchang　program是在term 4(第二年的第一个term).

企业人力资源管理, 是说内部的C&B部门么?  如果那样的话, 转hr consulting比较容易, 比如hewitte, mercer HR等.

1.面试几人一组？

2.每个人多长时间？

3.案例大约几页纸？阅读和讨论的时间各是多少？讨论和总结时会有教授在场吗？

4.面试官一般有几位？教授是中国人还是老外？

我当时是6人一组。

2.每个人多长时间？

先是由集体讨论，然后大概是5分钟每个人。

3.案例大约几页纸？阅读和讨论的时间各是多少？讨论和总结时会有教授在场吗？

〈5页吧。阅读大致是10来分钟，讨论记不清了。我的那个组只是mba  office的人在场，interview的时候才是教授＋mba office人员。

4.面试官一般有几位？教授是中国人还是老外？

两位(mba office + 教授），有些人碰到的是我们的acadamic dean，我碰到的则是一位金融学教授。

it depends on your interview performance and answer..Usually individual interview lasts for 20-30 mins. I persoanlly feel the longer the interview, the more likely you are going to be considered.Try to communicate in a natural way. I think the above mentioned interviewer must be "ssociate dean and academic director" -Lydia Price, who is from the States.

You have to prepare to get used to different accent....try to be adaptive to Malaysian English, Indian English in addition to American English though i believe MBA should send interviewer without strong accent.But be confident and be natural!
