这里with small ribs and rails of cedar不会歧义

它修饰动词CRAFT

craft a canoe with small ribs and rails of cedar

只不过中间被两个并列修饰canoe 的短语间隔开了

比如这道题是不是可以理解成

用with small ribs and rails of cedar制造船

或者制造一个有with small ribs and rails of cedar的船
