A是答案。为什么B就不对呢？一定要用so that结构吗？可是A中的their会指代不清啊。。。

个人觉得that were so distant from earth不如 so distant from earth 简洁

嗯，形容词短语是比定语从句更简洁。

可是A里的their指代不清，是个更大的错误啊。。

哪位好心人给讲讲。。。

a和b中的their指代应该一样吧！

我認為除了A比B簡潔外，B的意思與A是不同的

B的意思的 identify 23 galaxies 有 (that were so distant...)的特質

A的原意是identify 23 galaxies是so distant，以致於their light要花...的時間到達我們

所以既然有so...that的idiom能清楚的表達意思，為什麼要選改變句意又wordy的選項呢？！

當然，這裡的their是有點ambiguity，僅能用logic判斷是指代galaxies，但是每個選項基乎都有，應該不是主要的問題點...

请NN解答一下：“identify”的固定用法有哪些？选项A中“so that”结构里“that”后面的时态为什么使用的是现在完成时？我在这个题里没有看到什么时间暗示来使用现在完成时态！
