除了GPA，会不会还有essay方面的原因？

ALBERT, 我今天才看到你的贴子, 上次看CHINASMILE上有个人说GMAT700左右被YORK锯了, 然后他写信去ARGUE了, 9月开学后YORK让他读明年春季的MBA.

你可以先跟他们联系一下, 约个时间见面聊聊, 上次我跟一多大老教授见面时, 刚来还听不太他懂他在说些什么, 不也过来了嘛, 他还马上写了NOTE把我推荐给了另两个教授. 当然我现在改变注意不申请他们那个专业了. 他说加拿大大学就是官僚得很(他自己是哈佛的), 政策太死.

我去年拿了几个Admission，可是被拒签了。所以先到加拿大来了，准备申请加拿大学校。另外，GPA真的那么重要么？你没有直接问问他们为什么拒你？而且你告诉他你是移民么？好像这一点挺重要的亚。我觉得。据说可以以本国学生对待，不用占大陆学生的名额。

I do not think you were refused due to your low GPA. If you are confident enough about your oral English, just go to the admission office to have a talk with them, which will be helpful if you do want to go to Schulich.

But the reject letter say clearly that my undergraduate academic standing does not meet their requirement. I do want to go to schlich..it is a good school..if I lost this chance to go to schulich, I can lost chance to go to other schools..I will go to their office to explain the difference of transcript grading format. But I am afraid that they will rejected me even in telephone due to their tight schedule..admission officer in schulich always seem very busy..I remember I write two letter to ask them questions, they only answered one letter and it is in month after I sent the email.

Still, I am not too sure whether they refused you just because of your low GPA. I have a friend who was refused by UBC this year. The reject letter said that his GMAT is not high enough. But, his GMAT score is already 700. TOEFL is over 260, especially, the TWE is 6. When he asked the officers in the admission office, he was told that do not complain anymore, some other applicants with GMAT 730 were refused too. He still do not know where is wrong up to now. I think you are qualified for the application for Schulich. Maybe just bad luck. So, do not give up the last chance to argue with them. Good luck with that.
Anyhow, if failed to York, you still have many chances to go other top business schools.
