og是说C用了for所以不对，但是我觉得除了这个以外选项中reduction和reducing的不同也是C错误的原因，不知道是不是。因为我觉得首先原文用的是reducing,其次reducing 能够更好的和pirating对应。对于这个og中没有给出，不知道 我理解的对不对呢

I have the same confusing as seanql, such as the difference between "for sth/for doing sth", or "to do"

In answer E, "suggest reducing softwarfe prices to decrease the incentive for pirating, and still others are calling"

why not "for decrease/decreasing" and "to pirate"

1. 不定式 to do sth

2. 介词结构  for sth; for doing sth; in doing sth; in order to

3. 状语从句 so that; in order that

目的状语：用to do，不用for doing；不过for sth好像可以。

定语：for doing可以。

偶还有一个问题，为什么并列的最后一个动词用are calling呢？用call应该也可以的吧？
