小弟請教一下

第一、為什麼要用"be" signed??

第二、就我對句意的理解，agreement是不是應該不是由investors簽的，應該是由Bank簽的，若是由investors簽的，那這句的邏輯豈不是有點怪，要我提出offer的先決條件是要我自己先簽一份同意我自己受罰的agreement!!

此题是有虚拟语气，但不是针对a merger agreement is signed 的，而是说if the deal were not to be concluded， the agreement should include a provision.

merger agreement 是否签，不是虚拟，而是投资者投资的条件，not one of sb. will do it untill sth. is done.

因此应该选A.

实际上我感觉GWD-2 verbal里的很多答案都是错的，比如第33题，竟然说each one of which are  doing sth.是对的！简直胡扯！

6楼的兄弟与我心有戚戚焉，33题的答案我认为是最后一个，句子最后用独立主格的那个选项；

而这个第3题，从虚拟语气的角度，这个叫条件虚拟，应该只有条件句用虚拟。

句子的意思好像很多人都没有读懂，我尝试翻译一下：

没有投资者会提出来购买FIB这家银行，除非一份[包含（如果交易达不成就要惩罚FIB银行）的条款的]并购协议被签署。

所以从逻辑意思上来讲，只有A选项正确。

这个题的考点：

1、不定式: make an offer to；

2、虚拟语气中的条件虚拟（这是本题的难点，很少有题目考条件虚拟，大家可以看一下薄冰的语法书）；

但实际上即使不知道条件虚拟，这个题目根据逻辑意思也能够选出A选项。

正如4楼的cafe所说：

“agreement是不是應該不是由investors簽的，應該是由Bank簽的，若是由investors簽的，那這句的邏輯豈不是有點怪，要我提出offer的先決條件是要我自己先簽一份同意我自己受罰的agreement!!”
