光看D的错误，og对being的解释就是，being in D is not idiomatic。

有没有NN可以讲讲这里分词作状语错在哪里？怎么就不可以解释为分词作状语表结果呢？

我自己的理解是，逻辑搭配有问题，但这个逻辑搭配问题和BE里面的was又不同

所以还有些不清楚

这两道题 的考点  不大相同阿 第一道题的being有“正在被”的意思  当然是多余的了
第二题  个人觉得是独立主格 结构

being不一定是被动吧，要being done才是啊

en...我是这么认为   分词作状语 一是表伴随结果  二是表伴随动作   
当表伴随结果的时候 分词修饰的主语是前面整个的句子  而which 就没有这个功能了
例：Five fledging sea eagles left their nests in western Sco this summer ,bringing to 34 the number of wild birds raised since translants from Nor.

至于being 我理解得不够
我就记得一个例子：Being a French colony, Senegal is a Francophone nation  指S现在依然一直是F的colony
                         Having been a French colony,Senegal is a Francophone nation 指S曾经是F的colony 现在依然说法语

不好意思 没解决你什么问题  ：P

谈一下我的理解

这里的“ the second highest price ever paid for a painting at auction” 应该是 “$20.2 million”的同位语。如果用Being的话，那么后面的第二高价就等于是paiting了。但是我不清楚这里的同位语算不算一种idiomatic。

加了逗号，就是后置定语，修饰前面的20.2million。是n1，n2的形式。。说明n2来直接修饰n1的。。

可以还原为20.2million is the。。。。

关于下面的这个句子的话：

D)  sediments from the Baltic Sea, findings consistent with the growth of industrial activity in the area

一定要加上findings的，那么后面的是后置定语修饰findings的

(E)   sediments from the Baltic Sea, consistent with the
                            growth of industrial activity there
                    

这里的consistent是直接修饰白令海的。。典型的n1，n2的句型。。

(E)   sediments from the Baltic Sea, consistent with the
                growth of industrial activity there
        

这里的consistent是直接修饰白令海的。。典型的n1，n2的句型。。
