我来说说自己的认为A错误的地方，大家是不是也这样认为的呢？

1，were decling 13.6 percent in late Februrary 总感觉不行，因为下降了13.6是一个结果，所以认为用现在进行时不对。
2， conclude 时态不对。

答案是E

我选E是根据句子的意思来判断的，我认为the extent of possible比the possible extent of 恰当，但是我不知道其他的地方还有没有错误呢？大家怎么看？另外，还请问一下capable的用法，我忘记了，只记得有capability to do 和capability of doing 的用法。谢谢帮助！

1,  agree with smilinglan

2, capability of doing sth. : power of doing sth.
    capability for  doing sth. : fitness or capacity for being improved.

  capable of :
eg. He is quite capable of neglecting his duty.
      The situation is capable of improvement.

1) possible is used to modify the overpayment,not the extent.

2) be able to do sth. >> >be capable of doing sth.

In LZM,one of the GMAT 公理 is "can do >be able to >have ability to do >have a capitibility of doing ", but I can't find "be able to do sth. >> >be capable of doing sth."

althouth I can't find it,I agree with you !不知道其他同学同有没有不同看法？欢迎讨论！

can be的意思是能不能;
be able to只能用在生命体上，表达有没有这个能力;
capabal of doing是指与生俱来的能力用在生命体上

     谢谢你的提醒，但是我觉得我们搞好语法的关键是在比较选项。区分的过于详细会使得你在做题时想的过多而缺乏章法。有些语法题目五个都不好，矮子里面拔将军；有些有两个都对，所以答案是比出来的不是选出来的。所以我觉得应该把头脑中的原则简单化（个人意见，供参考）

我觉得这么两个也太难区分了吧，看了OG上面的，没有出现过capable of doing ，所以我想考试的重点是让我们去区分can 与be able to 的区别，至于这道题应该是重点在修饰对象的把握上。

be able to "表示有能力"比如:smilinglan有能力作好斑竹。（但不是天生的）
